Locating and Using Library Books

Goal

We strive to keep our collection accessible, orderly, and as well-preserved as possible. However, as our collection does circulate, we do need your help. Here are some best practices for maintaining items under your care.

Tips

Please,

  • be careful with food and drink when around books.
  • don't use paper clips, sticky notes, or "dog ear" folding.
  • don't use tape on books.
  • don't put too much stress on binding of the book or force book to open too widely.
  • don't write or highlight in the texts.
