Transportation from the airport to Santa Cruz can be tricky and Uber and Lyft drivers are not always available to make the 45-minute drive.  Rental cars or airport shuttles may be a safer bet.

Parking

• Visitors may purchase a temporary 1-Day permit from the Main Entrance Information Kiosk located on Coolidge Drive between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The cost is $10.
• If you have a parking permit on your home campus, you may be eligible for reciprocal parking.  See the UCSC TAPS information about campus parking reciprocity.
• The recommended parking lot is Lot 101, near Hahn Student Services.  An alternative is Lot 126, the Performing Arts Lot.
