Install Nomad on Your Browser for Full-Text Access
Don’t let a journal article paywall stop you from pursuing the full-text. Download the Nomad browser extension for Chrome or Firefox to get a link to the full-text for articles on websites across the internet.
Using Nomad
After Nomad is installed in your browser you will need to select “University of California, Santa Cruz” as your institution.
Once installed and set up, when you are on a page for an article Nomad will display a link to the full-text for that article. Links will also appear for some other resources such as selected magazines and databases.
On a journal page, the Nomad access button will display in the lower left corner.
The land on which we gather is the unceded territory of the Awaswas-speaking Uypi Tribe. The Amah Mutsun Tribal Band, comprised of the descendants of indigenous people taken to missions Santa Cruz and San Juan Bautista during Spanish colonization of the Central Coast, is today working hard to restore traditional stewardship practices on these lands and heal from historical trauma.
The land acknowledgement used at UC Santa Cruz was developed in partnership with the Amah Mutsun Tribal Band Chairman and the Amah Mutsun Relearning Program at the UCSC Arboretum.
