Getting Started with Video Editing

Have you ever shot an amazing video with your phone and don’t know what to do with it? Interested in how you might use video editing in your teaching, research, or other creative activities? How might videos help you better prepare for our new remote experience?

Join Digital Scholarship Librarian Joshua Tuthill for a brief overview of film and video editing. We'll cover its history as a technical field to an auteur art form and provide a practical introduction to the tools and workflows that will help you get started.
