Visiting Library Buildings During COVID

Welcome Back into the UCSC Libraries!

Whether you are returning to campus or coming to UCSC for the first time, the library buildings are open to you and we are here to help!

Library buildings are open to UCSC students, faculty, and staff as well as visitors from outside the UCSC community.

Before You Visit:

  • Bring Your Mask
    You must wear your mask regardless of vaccination status.
    Forgot your mask? We have some available at the library desk.
  • Complete Your Symptom Check
    Students, employees and visitors, including those who are vaccinated, must complete daily symptom checks when they are on-site

In-person Services & Resources

Attending an online class?
There are silent, quiet, and noisy spaces throughout the library. Pick the space that works best for your class attendance. Masks are required while attending online classes.

Unavailable Spaces & Resources
The following spaces and resources are inaccessible until March 28, 2022 due to the Science & Engineering Library renovation project:
